One of my boys had his first haircut at Pigtails and Crewcuts and he cried the whole time. It had nothing to do with the place or the stylist, he is just a whiny baby who does not like anyone messing with his 'do. The stylist was very patient and cut his hair as best as she could. I like that they give a discount for families of multiples.
